Customer Enquiries
If your a customer who has already placed or previously placed an order please login to your members area to contact me, this will enable me to have all your details to hand and answer your query quicker, please dont email, I receive so many emails every day (and alot of junk email too!) that it can delay important questions and support.
Support
If you need support for a product please login to your members area and open a support ticket, this way I can deal with your requirements much faster and more efficiently. If you email I may not receive it or t could delay your support significantly.
Code Waiting Times
Im happy to answer any questions you have regarding your order, however please dont worry waiting times are rarely exceeded, sometimes the networks we source the codes from can delay very occasionally but this is never more than a day or so maximum, if for any reason i cannot complete the order unlike many other sites who will offer alternatives ill send a full refund within 24 hours.
Code Cancellations
I understand that sometimes its necessary to need to cancel an order, please contact me without delay, if your order is still in pending status in your login area I can cancel for you and send a refund immediately, however if the status of your order is ordered we will need to cancel with our supplier, this is something I am happy to try for you but cancellations from this point cannot be guaranteed, please do not use another unlocking service until you have full clearance from me that your order cancellation has been sucessful. Of course once your codes are sent we cannot cancel your order, this doesnt affect the guidelines in the foneszone terms and conditions.
Refunds
Refunds for orders where we are unable to obtain a valid code for your phone or in cases where your phone doesn't unlock where all correct info its given are sent usually the same day but please allow up to 48 hours.

To configure the router sometimes we need to do the network set up manually in the PC. It didn't detect dynamically with my laptop. my desktop and smartphones connected perfectly with the Mifi router. anyway you did a good job.

Works great. Needed to enter additional SP unlock code as well as basic unlock code but FONEZONE support supplied additional code quickly and phone then unlocked no problem.

Many thanks for a prompt and effective service. Code received within 2days, complete with instructions. For some reason the primary code did not work but I was able to unlock the phone using the backup code that you provided.
