Customer Support : PLEASE : When contacting me state your IMEI in the subject so i can source your order, if you fail to do so its very likely your email will get processed much later, also state clearly any problems you may have.

Waiting times : IF your codes have not returned yet, DONT WORRY they will be with my supplier and well on their way to you soon as they come back to me, I do realise that people are very worried about being "ripped off" by another internet company, trust me if you have ordered from my website, then you are in safe hands.

Concerned? : If you do have real concerns and if your order has exceeded the usual guidelines in my waiting times page, feel free to contact me.. this isnt something that happens often but as you are aware i source these codes so sometimes networks purposely delay codes for very short time.

Cancellations : If you decide you want to cancel, contact me and i will try my best to cancel with my supplier, however this can take up to 48 hours please make sure you hear from me that i have cancelled your order successfully before you go elsewhere as i cannot refund once codes are returned.
