The phone is up and running now it seems, however it transpired i had the wrong registered sim card in. When i put the code in it did not work and would not give me another option, i am wondering weather i needed the code after all, im not sure really, however i will keep these codes sent, thanks for your help. For the record, i think you should have a local rate tel. no. as 0871 is expensive and when i tried calling there was no answer add to the fact i asked you to call twice and you never puts your score down, however your emails were comprehensive and in the main informative, personally i always like to speak to a human being (see TELE GO ltd.)

Hello it was so easy :) I couldnt find my phone model and then you sent instructions, none of those 3 worked. Inserted nonoriginal sim, then unlock put the first code in and repeated it and it was done :) Thank you very much!!! I missed my phone :) Kind regards, Sigrit

I ordered a Blackberry Curve 8900 and had the unlock code within a few hours, and this on a Saturday a well. The instructions were clear and covered all eventualities and I had the phone unlocked in a couple of minutes. All this for just £5.99, I would recommend this service to anyone.
